Monday 17 July:
Today is beach and shopping day. Because I haven’t swum in California yet I go to the beach! I chill out at Santa Monica beach and then decide to go to Cosco to buy bulk treats for my fam. I then realized while I’m outside Cosco you need a membership to go in and it costs money. Defeated I decide to go to Walmart. After taking 1/3 buses I realize that I will only get to Walmart at 19:00 and to my hostel at 22:00 not including shopping time. It will take too long and I’m not taking the buses when it’s dark so I take a 2 hour ride back to the hostel. There I buy some treats, eat supper, decide to do more shopping in the morning and go to bed.
